Pros and Cons of living here 1. managers are really cool if you abide by their rules Iâve never had an issue with them at all 2.always have been able to get maintenance to help when I need it 3.has lots of easy access to local stores and restaurants 4.Most neighbors are nice Cons Very Loud and Disruptive at Night , neighbors in Number 2 constantly are partying at night and are LOUD I can never get any sleep at all , theyâve had multiple eviction notices but they continue to be disrespectful to other neighbors when clearly the lease agreement says quite time is after 8pm and when they get an eviction notice they just throw it away and act like they havenât done anything wrong , why canât they just play their stupid little game during the day ?? Itâs not so hard to be nice and just lower the noise thatâs all we are asking .

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone who works here is very good and their job and so friendly. Mary, Maddy, Joey, Josh, and Brandon all go out of their way to make this place great.

Was left with a completely broken AC for nine days while itâs 90+ degrees outside and while Iâm pregnant. They didnât have a spare apartment to put us in or a portable unit to give us until the repairs were made. We had to figure out a solution ourselves and they wouldnât even give us a discount on rent for the month. Live here if you want the owner to violate the Utah Fit Premises Act and have to contact the cops and legal representation.

I've lived here almost 2 years. Mary and Maddie take great pride in these apartments and it shows. The maintenance guys Josh and Brandon are also amazing and very polite and respectful. They handle the tenants needs fast. The neighborhood is quiet. If your looking for a place that feels like home I strongly suggest moving here.
