My husband and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago. We chose here partially based on what other people currently living here have told us about the property and also based on how we were treated when we came to tour the apartments. Maddy and Mary are both awesome! Maddy took us on a tour of one of the units and was so friendly and helpful! We ended up being able to move in almost 2 weeks sooner than expected thanks to the maintenance team and the managers getting it ready as quick as they could. And so far one of the things I love the most is how peaceful it is!! They take great care of the common areas, there are trees all around the property and they keep the lawns clean and mowed. They’ve been super quick to respond to any questions or needs. And they truly seem to want the residents to be comfortable and happy here!

We just moved here about 2 weeks ago. My niece and nephew have lived here for almost a year and told us how much they like it here. So far, it's been amazing!! Even though we're only a block off of State Street, it's quiet and peaceful!! Maddy and everyone here have been awesome and have helped us with everything we needed!!

if you live here dont expect to get any money back from when you move out than find out you still owe money in no efforts from the management at all no email no call no text apparently you sent 1 piece of mail what is this 1900 lol so going from something so simple of paying 260 now having to pay 900 that is crazy and mary wasnât very nice the whole time i lived there but maintenance/ mady team was the only pro ig

Commons is an amazing place! Great people who live here & a great sense of community. Office Manager Mary is an awesome person to deal with & always love talking with her. Definitely would recommend!
