Not a fan in the slightest. My wife and I lived here for one year, and we couldn't wait to get out. It was a constant battle communicating to management. We had many times when other tenants would incessantly knock on our door late in the night when my wife was home alone, sometimes half clothed, asking or offering strange items. I brought these concerns to the front desk and requested to speak to a manager and I heard the manager in the back of the office say, "I don't have time for this," and wouldn't even come out to speak to me. This is truly shameful behavior.
The move out processes was a nightmare as well. It felt like they were just trying to tag on fees when we moved out. We received an email when we were moving out that said how much we owed for moving out with no detailed breakdown sheet of what we were paying for. This should be a part of the moving out email! We had to call to get a break down of what we were being charged! Turns out they were charging us $314 for closet doors that we had temporarily removed for closet space (we had asked for approval to do so), and upon moving out they charged us this $314 with no warning at all! We called to tell them we were bringing the doors back and they rudely said they wouldn't take them. So there goes $314! We were told when we first moved in that we would see most of our security deposit back after all they had to do when we move out. This was definitely not the case. They used the whole thing for cleaning, even though we had left the apartment spotless and cleaned for them!
This place is not worth the time, effort or money. There is much better places around the area that provide a much better experience for a simliar cost. Don't move here, you will regret it.
