I truly wish a 0/5 stars was an option. We lived here for a year and couldnât get out fast enough. Management treated me like my opinion and concerns didnât matter at all. I felt unsafe and confided in them about moving a couple months early due to a tenant making me feel unsafe. I got no concern and the manager wouldnât even take the time to hear my concerns. I was told Iâd owe tons of money as a fee and management didnât have time to see me.
Work orders were never fixed, we did the work ourselves. One night our breaker tripped and we called the emergency work order line 5 times with no answer. Al our fridge food went bad due to their laziness and we were out all our food from this situation, never even received an apology and didnât get a returned phone call FOR A WEEK!
When we moved in we were told we could take our closet doors off to fit a dresser⦠we just moved out and got charged over $300 for doing just that!!! Ridiculous. Hidden fees, disrespect, and feeling unsafe. Would not recommend living here!
